great round-up!
Lovely, lovely. I already know I will be making most of these. Thanks for posting such terrific recipes!
OK, so I went and looked at the Chickpea Crepes with Roasted Vegetable Curry. They do use Chickpea flour, but they also call for regular flour. I wouldn't know that the best subsitition would be for that in this instance. Thoughts?
THANK YOU Mike! I don't go over recipes with a finetooth comb so I missed something - I appreciate you pointing that out. While it'd probably be easy to substitute a GF flour mix, my weekly round-up is only for recipes that are published as gluten-free, the only exception being reminders to use gluten-free soy sauces or condiments, etc. So I've removed this listing. But I still might try making it.
